A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Jen and I love animals and photography.

My obsession with animals started as a child. I spent much of the summertime visiting my grandparents’ ranches in Montana, where I found myself surrounded by nearly every type of farm animal you can imagine. Being a kid from the suburbs of Minnesota with only one cat at home, I savored (and learned from) every minute of that experience. 

My passion for photography started when I was a teenager, then greatly contributed to my twenty-plus year career in fashion as a photo art director. The images I’ve been a part of creating have brought me so much excitement and joy that I finally decided it was time to capture those images myself.  But I wanted to focus my expertise on the subject matter that fills my soul more than any other -- animals and the connection they share with “their people.” 

My journey starting this business has taught me that a photograph that portrays the genuine moment of love between animals and their people is not only worth a thousand words, but is invaluable and timeless.
